You don't need to bring anything special, you don't need to undress in front of anyone, and you won't be lectured about hydration or posture. Blue Bay SPA is a small, independent spa — three single rooms and one couples suite — not a chain. The lobby holds two chairs and a tea station. That's it.

Once you're inside, we'll hand you a short intake — two minutes — covering injuries, pressure preference, and any spots to avoid. We'll ask if you want the diffuser on (eucalyptus or cream), music off, or the room warmer. Tell us anything. It's your hour.
Your therapist walks you to a private room and steps out while you change. Most guests keep their underwear on; some prefer fully undressed. Either is fine. You lie under the top sheet on the table, face down or up depending on the service. A knock before they come back in.
During the session you stay covered the whole time. Only the area being worked on is exposed — and re-covered as soon as that area is finished. If pressure is too much, the room is too cool, or you want to skip an area, just say so. Therapists prefer feedback; it's what makes the hour right.
